There may be a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We cannot take back used parts.
Glass, sheet metal, and VIN specific items are also considered not returnable.

Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
We are not responsible for Carrier shipping delays.
Overnight or Expedited shipping request do not include expedited processing; we still need our standard lead time to source items.
If parts are defective, please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
Orders that are canceled 72 hours after all parts arrive are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Unless stated differently by one of our advisors.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
